Bank of America's Home Buyer Grant

 

Bank of America is offering a homebuyer grant up to 3% of the purchase price up to 17,500.00. For qualified applicants who earn no more than 68k per year BOA will pay up to 10,000.00 toward downpayment, and 7,500.00 in buyers closing cost and prepaids. This money does not to be repaid and the applicant will receive a 1099C from the bank.
